ICB has nurtured and attracted large numbers of outstanding experts and scholars. In recent years, ICB has followed the policy of “enlisting as well as cultivating talented people” and has broadened the capabilities of the young teachers. In order to have a high-level teaching staff, ICB has brought in distinguished professionals through the country and the world.
At present ICB has 36 teachers among which 26 teachers are foreigners.

To accelerate the development of the young teachers, measures have been taken by the college to upgrade the faculty structure and to improve the teaching quality. And we're always waiting for excellent teachers's joining.
